A former architecture academic and practitioner, Roger has used photography to record and interpret the constructed and natural environments for work and pleasure!

What is of particular photographic interest to Roger now are the ordinary places in which we live, as well as people - friends, family and strangers.

Roger is also drawn to the impacts of the darker sides of humanity that result in degraded physical, social, cultural and natural environments.

The photographs reflect his understanding that people have the capacity to do and create wonderful things; on the other hand, they have the capacity to create a dystopian world that diminishes us.
